Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
Finite Element Analysis (FEA) is used to perform upfront structural and thermal evaluations to prove out a design before releasing it to production. The results are represented as color variations in a 3D contour plot of the model. This single FEA 3D PDF from Atrus Inc. effectively replaces piecing together the results of multiple 2D screenshots. Commenting points out areas of significant interest and clarifies boundary conditions and loads.
