html in mail merge file

hi everyone,

im trying to solve this issue that i'm having. im trying to do a mail merge using a excel file that i created by scraping some information frm a MySQL table. some of the fields were rich text boxes so the information contains html tags. i used mail merge to print out these records and the hope was that if we printed to a PDF that the html would render and the tags would be gone. that didn't happen. i need the tags removed for cleanliness and if i could get them to render, that is to say that the strong tags would bold the statement and so on, that would be even better.does any one have any insite in tio this problem. i am using pdfCreator to make the pdfs.

thanks

TM
