Ver 9.3.0 - Removes Source Document Footers

My master document is a combination of MS 2007 Word and Excel files that have been converted to pdf.  The Excel files' footers show the file names.  After merging these various documents, and adding a master document footer in Acrobat, the Excel file footers are being deleted.

Now Excel footer "File 123.xlsx" becomes "Page 30 of 200" when the master document footers are added for page numbers.

Tried it as "xls" file also.  Same results.

This did not occur in Acrobat 9.2.X.

NOTE THAT MY PRODUCT INFORMATION PULL DOWN MENU DOES NOT SHOW ACROBAT 9.3
