I have multiple swf pages that are uninteractive flat single pages, just page001, page 002 .... page 010 and so on.
I want to combine all of these into a single pdf. I managed to get something working with Acrobat professional but it destroyed the quality even at high settings. It also gave like a dialog to click yes for every single page saying something about flash compatibility. I want to do the entire batch at once without those messages and in good quality. How would I go about doing that?

I haven't tried it myself but it appears you can do this in Captivate 4 using the aggregator. For more information check out the Combining multiple SWF files with aggregator Help section.
