Cannot convert Publisher file to PDF

I have completely removed acrobat 8 and upgraded to acrobat 9 pro. All functions work properly except now I cannot convert a Publisher file to a PDF. I get an error message: "abode pdf printer failed to create pdf". I never had this problem with Acrobate 8.
Can anyone help?

Re: Cannot convert Publisher file to PDF

Hi,
Perhaps this Adobe KB article will be helpful.
It addresses:
When you use PDFMaker in a Microsoft Office application, PDFMaker may return the error message
"ERROR" followed by the message "Adobe PDF printer failed to create the PDF file."

TechNote ID 328791

Be well...

Re: Cannot convert Publisher file to PDF

Sorry for the late response. I have been down with the flu. Thanks for your help!

I am back at work and have attempted to fix the Adobe error following all the steps outlined in the recommended tech note. I have gone through the steps twice to make sure I didn't miss anything and am still getting the same error message.

I did go to Soultion 3 (Remove corrupted profiles from joboption feature) but as it warns; the apperance of the color on the screen and output is altered and not useable.

Any other recommendations?
