RE: pt Size/Baseline shift LiveCycle

Sorry to be resubmitting this question, I realize my first submission seemed misleading for what I wanted to accomplish

I am using LiveCycle 8.0 to make a master label template where all product details will be stored in a script and a part# will be chosen by combo box. The combo box will populate text boxs with all the details... one of the boxes contains trademarked product family names, which need to have ® at the end of the first word - the full size ® looks a little tacky, so I would like to change the ptsize/baseline shift for ® symbol so it looks more professional.

I can manually make these changes using the font tab by selecting just the single character, but how would I specify changing just the single character in the JavaScript for my change event?

OR is there a way to set a variable where any ® will appear smaller and raised?

Thank you for taking the time to read my question (again!)Feel free to contact me if you want to see the example file I'm working with.

A straight line is just a one dimensional circle....

Re: RE: pt Size/Baseline shift LiveCycle

First, the text field has to be set for "rich text".  Rich text values are specified in XHTML.  Do a search in the Designer Help to find more info.
