Batch Processing

Is it possible to apply batch processing to a group of documents by just clicking on a button in a custom toolbar? I need to apply the following batch sequences:

1.) Print 3 copies of each page.
2.) Apply various Footers to each page (Customer Copy, Court Copy, Copy for File)
3.) Save a copy of all PDF files with a sequential file name or have dialog box prompt for a docket number.

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro 8.1 / Windows

Re: Batch Processing

Yes and no.  A custom plug-in can run a batch process.  But unfortunately it can't be done with Acrobat JavaScript, which is much easier to deal with.

When batch process were first introduced in Acrobat 5, each batch sequence had it's own menu item, which could be run from JavaScript.  This was quickly discarded in Acrobat 6 and no replacement mechanism was provided:(
