we tried to create a pdf from a ms-project file. Size of the plan is A1 (60*84 cm)The pdf is nearlly complete, but on the down left corner, the text an dates are missing. Any solutions for the missing parts ?

You don't mention what version of Acrobat and/or Project you're using so I'll make a few suggestions and hopefully they'll be relevant.
1) Set the Adobe PDF printer as the default prior to creating the PDF.
2) Follow the steps in this URL to create a custom page size. The tip is for Word but it should be applicable to Project as well:
