After i add my animation to my 3D model in Toolkit, I go to Save As and it says it saves the file but I cannot find it anywhere. What am I doing wrong?

The default setting for 'Save As' points to the temp directory. Try changing the directory setting in the 'Save As' dialogue to something like the desktop and see if that helps.
