I would like to Develope one ASp.net application written in C# ,where I would like to convert word documnet to pdf file.Please suggest me how to do the same.

I would recommend reviewing the documentation in the Acrobat Developer Center for information on how to automate the conversion of Word to PDF. There is detailed information for automating desktop conversion (not server) to PDF.
