How do I create rollover/mouseover text in a PDF?

Add a form object (filed, text box, button, etc.). Go into the properties. Action tab. Select 'on mouse rollover' then the action you want to execute.
On of my favorites is to add a Menu Item action that performs a File | Exit. Usually takes someone about 10 tries before they get the joke.
