How do I change/replace text on a pdf using Acrobat 7 Pro?

Click Tools, Advanced Editing, Touch Up Text tool.
The font used in the document should be a safe font (Arial, Times Roman, etc.,) installed on your system, or one of the Adobe fonts. You may be asked to use a substitute font from a pop up dialog box.
For more information, search the Help menu using keyword - Touch Up Text Tool or edit text.
