I am using Adobe 7.0.9 Professional. When I "print with comments summary" and select "Document and comments with connector lines on single pages"

it prints the comments but it is blank on the left hand side of the page where the document text is suppose to be?

When I use Adobe Reader 7.0 or 8.0 this option works??

Any ideas? Is this an Adobe Professional bug?

While I cannot confirm (no printer nearby) I do believe it is.

You can also see the missing document text but see the comments in the print dialog box.
