I got this error message "Could not access acrobat's web capture facility. Acrobat could be busy or waiting for input." when I click the "Convert web page to PDF..." button.

I have Acrobat 8.1.1 running on Vista 32-bit, with the latest Adobe updates. It use to work without any error message, but after uninstall then reinstall the program, it doesn't work anymore

PLEASE HELP!!!

Hmmm....this might be a problem in your registry; suggest that you run a registry checker program and see if that helps.
