users are not able to create pdf while in terminal server(w2k3)to a mapped drive. using adobe acrobat 6

The main requirement for Acrobat 6 on WTS is to have an Admin user logged in at the server in order for PDF creation to work. More recent versions of Acrobat have better support for a WTS environment:
