How do I generate a printable Table of Contents for a PDF that will be printed? Is there an automated way to create the TOC without me having to literally plug in the numbers? I'm looking for an output table of contents for printing. The document has word styles that give an indication of chapters which do appear in the bookmark view in PDF but don't show page numbers nor does it allow me to print.

This is very easy to do from InDesign, but can't be done from within Acrobat itself.
In InDesign set up a specific text style and link that to your TOC creation.
