How do you delete multiple images at the same time while using the TouchUp Object Tool?

Using the TouchUp Object Tool is always risky. It works like other tools -- hold down Shift for a muliple selection, or click-drag (marquee) multiple objects.
Just be aware that how you see objects on screen is now how Acrobat sees them. You may end up deleting more than you intended.
