On this page, click How to, select Tutorials and read the tutorial titled - Create Secure Attachments Using Security Envelopes

Re: sending secure data over fillable forms

My clients (100 to 200 of them) need a one step solution like a submit button that would call a macro that would do all those steps mentioned in the video in the background. Are the steps mentioned in the video available in acrobats javascript/internal macro language?

Unfortunately there are too many steps required to send a security envelope and it is too complicated for my audience. So I was hoping a macro could simplify the process.

Also my audience who needs to send me secure data will only have acrobat reader 5 and higher. Will sending these envelopes be available to these versions of reader or can acrobat reader be enabled with reader extensions already included in acrobat 8/livecycle designer?

thanks
