Hello,

I just upgraded from Mac OS 10.4 to Mac 10.5. I am now unable to File>Create .PDF From Scanner. I get a "forced shut down" with an error message. My Scanner works in other applications. I have the most recent updated from Adobe....

Any advise?

Hi Brad,

Check with the scanner manufacturers for the most recent driver and that it's TWAIN aware.

Most of these problems are driver related .
