List Box Troubles (LiveCycle Designer 8.1)

List Box Troubles (LiveCycle Designer 8).
I apologize if the is question has been asked before. I have searched extensively for any type of example but found nothing. I have a Dropdown List that has Text and Values. The Text is the only thing that is displayed and is different, but the some of the values are the identical. For instance, Rm 3-12, 3-13, 3-14 rent for $133.00 per day and Rm 3-16 rents for $50.00 per day. When I select room 3-14 in the dropdown list the only thing that show is Rm 3-12. I am assuming it is because all three room have the exactly the same value. Is there a way to have the list box show exactly what is selected (Rm #)? This will be very confusing for my consultants, if the cannot see the room that was selected.

Re: List Box Troubles (LiveCycle Designer 8.1)

The behavior you are describing is not right.  A combobox is a list of individual items. When you pick an item off the list, the combobox displays the text (or display value) for that item.  There is no connection to other items on the list.

Can you post the form somewhere we can download it. I'd like to take a look.
