i am unable to see 'Insert pages' in acrobat 8.0. version 8.1.0

Offline
Open the PDF in Acrobat.
On the Menu bar, click Document, Insert page.
If you still cannot see this option, check the security settings by clicking File, Properties, then click the Security tab. The author of the PDF may have set security options to prevent inserting pages.
