Acrobat 7.0 professional - text box fonts

I have recently upgraded to acrobat 7 professional. I'm having trouble and was looking for some expert help. I can't seem to change the text box font on my PDF'd drawings. The text box properties allows me to change the border, fill colour and box line style but not the font. I've tried changing the commenting preferences but this doesn't seem to alter the font in the text box, at the moment i'm stuck with where to go without uninstalling and reinstalling my old version 5.
Please help!

Make sure the properties toolbar is visible (CTRL-E)
Then double-click inside the textbox to bring up the font properties in hte properties toolbar

Re: Acrobat 7.0 professional - text box fonts

I have tried this and I am having problems too. I cannot get the properties  bar to show me the font properties. This is very frustrating. I get the properties bar but it just states "No current selection"

Am I missing some other setting?

Thanks for the help.
