Fillable PDF Submission

I run a website for a financial institution and I need to create an online loan application for members.  I know with Acrobat Professional 8 that I can create a fillable PDF with their existing loan application.  My question is, is there a way the member can fill in the application and then submit it online via email to the institution, but have it be secure using an SSL certificate?  The security and safety of the member's information is paramount.  Thank you!

Re: Fillable PDF Submission

Hi sparky83,

I would recommend reviewing our Security documentation for Acrobat because there are a lot of issues to consider with regard to forms and security:
http://www.adobe.com/devnet/acrobat/security.html

In particular, you might want to review the Digital Signature User guide at the above mentioned URL. Within the document it has examples of using https and digital signatures.

Hope this helps,
Lori
