I'm working with Acrobat 7.0 Pro & Win XP. When converting a word doc to PDF, if I've made bookmarks in the PDF, then make new edits in the word doc, how can I update and keep my previously made bookmarks, or atleast not lose all my bookmarks?
My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro 7 / Windows

Once you are done making changes in the Word doc convert it to a new PDF. Then open the PDF with the bookmarks and replace the pages with the pages in the new PDF. To replace pages select the pages, right click, select replace pages, and then browse to the PDF with the new edits.

Thanks, that is what I needed...Now another question. How can I print a PDF with Bookmarks, such that the bookmarks print along with the main document. In other words, if you have the bookmark tabs showing with the main page next to it, can't you print that page set up?
thanks.
