I had an abode shortcut set up in my Excel 2007. An error occurred in the program and now I am unable to set up this shorcut again. Is this shorcut done through adobe acrobat or do I need to do it through the excel program?

The first thing to try would be to run Detect and Repair in Acrobat, which can be found under the main Acrobat Help menu. Give that a try and see if that fixes the problem.
