Hi...
i have opened a pdf page in vb.net windows application using ole outomation...that is by adding pdf.ocx of acrobat 6.0..am able to view the pages..but unable to select and save the required pages..plz help

You can't really do much with the .OCX control. It's designed for browser use only. Acrobat does support more OLE automation functionality though, just not through the .OCX. Take a look at the documentation below for details on working with Acrobat and OLE automation.
