I create flyers/ads, etc. for many of our banking centers and dept. managers to use promoting our products. How do I then also allow them to 'drop in' or add an electronic business card or photo to personalize the piece on their own without allowing them to change any of he other content, and without me having to make them all? This seems different than entering data to the form. thanks! Bobbie

Scan each business card and convert them into a PDF file. Remember where you saved these conversions.

Create a button on the form/doc and in the button properties dialog box, select Options, Layout, Select Icon only, Click Choose Icon, click browse - select the biz card you want to use from the conversions. Click OK.

Make sure to set the properties for the button to lock and read only.
