Need to compare two documents and highlight difference between 2 PDF (scanned) documents...what Adobe product do I need? If it happens to be Reader 7, where may I find instructions on 'how-to'. Thanks!

The Compare is in Acrobat 7 and 8, not the reader. You would have to run the OCR to make it work. In 8 it is under Advanced > Compare Documents. This is usually used to compare versions of the same document.
