There is a difference between converting the RGB to CMYK from the Adope distiller than from the print production plugin in acrobat 7 (i.e a little differnce in the colors), please i want to know what i can do to avoid this?

This is a big topic since there are many, many options available - especially when converting colours from Acrobat. There are many choices including colour management preferences, embedded profiles and output intent which can change colours.
I would suggest looking at the full Acrobat help guide (under HELP in Acrobat) and looking under 'Print Production Tools'. If this doesn't answer all your questions then come back and ask some more ...
