In Acrobat 8 Pro, when using the underline tool for commenting, can the color be changed from the default light green?

You can change the colour by hitting control-E (windows) or command-E (Mac) and then changing.

Alternatively you right-click (Windows) or command-click (Mac) then 'Make current properties default' ..
