Do you have any tools, software, or SDK that can convert acrobat and other 3D files into PDF automatically?
I know you have Distiller, but it only transfer ps file.
I'm trying Acrobat 3D, but it do not have this function.

With Acrobat 3d (which is Acrobat Pro + some other bells and whistles) you should be able to create a batch sequence that in essance does nothing. Just having it set to "ask for files when run".
Run the sequence.
When prompted, click through to the file open screen.
Change the file type being looked for to one of the 3D types you need. Highlight all the files you need.
Then OPEN.
This will open the native application for the file type and perform the conversion.
Each file will automatically be saved.
For everyone playing along at home this method should work with any file type you have an application that will open it and supports standard DDE calls to initiate 'print'.
