Margins of a PDF document

I have a PDF that was created by a scientific journal.  I am wondering how/if I can change the margins?  I wrote the article and need to include it is some paperwork, but the margin specifications don't match the margins of the article.

A PDF can't be edited in this way.  You can crop the page-image, or scale it, but resetting margins is a job for the authoring/typesetting software.
