Acrobat 8 Reader display problem in 256 color mode

Is there a way to setup Acrobat Reader 8 to use solid color to display the menu and text instead of dithering color when the display is set to support 256 color.  We don't have any problems with versoin 6 and 7.  However, after we have upgraded to 8.0, the menu and text are fuzzy and diffcult to read because of the dithering color.  I have to use 256 color as the application is running in a Citrix thin client environment.

My Product Information:
Reader Standard 8 / Windows

Re: Acrobat 8 Reader display problem in 256 color mode

This is a known issue with Acrobat 8 and Reader 8 versions. The only workaround is to use 16-bit or more colours.
