Forms, e-mail submit button

I created a form using the Life Cycle Designer wizard. I want to change who receives the e-mail from the e-mail submit button. How can I do this?

Acrobat Pro 8 / Windows

Click the Email Submit Button. In the Object palette, click the Field tab and enter the desired email address and subject in the box labeled Email Address and Subject.
