Conversion of Graphics to PDF

We have a template for our letterhead in Word that contains a graphic image.  When we convert to PDF the graphic becomes solid black.  Help!

Acrobat Pro 8 / Windows

Double check the file format and color mode of your image. Try changing to an RGB color image saved as a JPEG file and see if that helps.
