error on how to insert a sound

i am acrobat 8.0 profession user i want to insert a sound file (wav) use sound tool and i want to generate pdf 6(later version) but when i click ok it come out a error window tell me cannot creat the movie annotation ....ask me to change th setting of porxy server

The word "proxy server" could mean you are on a network. You need to contact the network administrator for help changing your permission to use the network. You could also insert more than one rendition of the sound file.

By default, the movie clip you add to a PDF is the first and only rendition listed in the Multimedia Properties dialog box. You can create alternate renditions or add other renditions to ensure that users can play the sound clip on their systems. For example, you can have a large, high-quality sound file and a smaller, low-quality sound file. You can specify system settings that a rendition requires to play; the rendition that best matches the user’s system is played.

i did't get that. is that means i should inster the sound coder?

acctaully i want to do a presentation on
comparing  different quality of the sound file. so i'v resample the high  quality sound file. it was low-quality.
but i still have the problem.
