One of our users is trying to print the comment boxes on the document with connector lines. However, is there a way to print the comments without the date and time stamp, the author and the subject? Also, is there a way to color code the connector lines?

Unfortunately these are functions that you cannot change in Acrobat. It may be possible to print comments without the date/time stamp but it would require a custom plug-in.
