Linking to external microsoft docs

I am creating an interactive CD containing a master PDF doc with links to external Microsoft Word, excel and p.point docs. when i burn the cd for use on PC's the links are lost (despite working fine on a mac by creating a temporary partition in toast and saving the disk that way). i have tried saving as attachments to the PDf and then linking to them but the attachment link details show. can i hide these or is there any other way to resolve the problem please. i am at my wits end!!

cheers
Richard

Re: Linking to external microsoft docs

Try using the Combine Files option on menu bar. You can combine any type of files into one PDF or a package. Read the instructions provided Getting Started Combined Files.
