Re: error

This is a fatal application error.  Which application is this on, your email client, Acrobat, or something else?  What is your email Client?

What do you mean by "open up a PDF file on my email"?  What is it you are trying to do?

Re: error

I am a Legal Secretary. I have an email that has a loan package in PDF form that i need to view and print out and everytime I click on the attachment for the File and AdobeReader 8.0 opens up, it sends that message and then it says "Send Error Report or Don't Send" EVERYTIME I try to open it up. And I just don't know what to do to fix that problem and to be able to use AdobeReader 8.0 to open up my files on Microsoft Outlook. It does the same thing when I just Open AdobeReader 8.0 by itself.

Re: error

Hi Vinsonlaw,

Clicking on the attachment directly in the email is problematic for several reasons.

Try Saving the PDF file to your computer (right click ->SaveAs) then open it from the Explorer.  Let us know if that works for you.

Hope that helps,

Dimitri

Re: error

Thanks! I just tried doing that...step by step, and it does the same thing....same error report "the instruction at 0x2d88727b referenced memory at 0x00000000x.  The memory could not be "read"."...send or don't send. This thing is DRIVING ME CRAZY!

Re: error

Hi,

This error also may be caused by corrupt pdf file. I think you can try a utility called Advanced PDF Repair to repair your PDF file if necessary.  Its web address is http://www.datanumen.com/apdfr/
