I have a Manager that wants to take their Adobe Standard 7.0 and install it on their home computer. They can not remember what ID and password they used on the initial activation on their computer here in the office. Is there any way to find out, or to get the other installation activated?

Activation does not require an ID or password. It does require that the serial # for the second activation (i.e., the "home computer") use the same serial number.
