There are several ways you can use Acrobat in a shared review environment. You can share PDF documents by email, on a network server, or on Acrobat.com. The advantage of hosting your shared review on Acrobat.com is you don’t need to set up and maintain a location on your corporate server. Acrobat.com does it for you. Acrobat enables you to directly upload your PDF to the Acrobat.com server, and Acrobat sends a link to all your reviewers that, when clicked, downloads the file and opens it for review.
Join Ali Hanyaloglu and learn how you can host your review on Acrobat.com rather than setting up your own review server, open your review to people both inside and outside your firewall, and enable reviewers to submit their comments back to you through Acrobat.com.
Learn how to:
• Start a shared review on Acrobat.com
• Review a shared document
• Receive server-based reviews
• Conduct real-time collaborative reviews
