About me
Duff Johnson saw his first PDF file in 1995. Thus inspired, he founded Document Solutions, Inc. (DSI) in early 1996 to offer electronic document services centered on PDF technology.
In addition to leading DSI, Duff consults on software development and electronic content deployment for government, business and publishing clients worldwide.
He chairs AIIM's PDF/UA (Universal Accessibility) Standards Committee, and writes occasional articles for Planet PDF and AcrobatUsers.com. Duff also serves up fresh (and sometimes scalding) PDF Perspective in his AcrobatUsers.com blog.
How I Use Acrobat
Acrobat is my primary platform for developing all manner of interactive
forms, documents, navigation systems and other sophisticated PDF files
for online and offline use. Acrobat serves many other functions for me
as well, including presentations, document archiving, review and markup
and a variety of other applications.
Besides my email client, word-processor and web-browser, I probably
spend more time in Acrobat than any other single application.
My Skills
RAD (Rapid Application Development) with PDF
PDF forms design, development and implementation
PDF Accessibility, including Section 508 compliance
Electronic document development and deployment
