How to get the most out of this meeting

Review how to use Adobe Acrobat Pro 8 or the new Adobe Reader 8 to connect to a meeting.

Make sure your computer meets the minimum system requirements and test your setup prior to the meeting.

Have a basic understanding of how to access and use the tools in the Forms Tool bar in Acrobat Pro 7 or 8.

Practice creating buttons, text fields, check boxes, drop down lists, radio buttons, and list boxes prior to the meeting, so we have more time to address questions.

Security and meeting rules

In order to make sure you get the most out of the meeting, please follow these directions:

Do not download or open any files that have not been scanned for virus or spyware.

Please refrain from chatting with other members during the presentations. We will have a 15-minute break for that purpose.
