Meeting details

This meeting will be different from past meetings in that we will have 24 laptop computers available. We will have mini seminars covering topics like:
1. Making Static forms fillable on any computer.
2. Editing text and moving objects in Acrobat.
3. Highlighting in Acrobat
4. Creating Links and buttons.
5. Using the commenting tools.

We will have a long VGA cable to showcase individual projects from any computer for all to view. Also, you may come prepared with your own questions that you would like answers to. If you would like to send the questions ahead of time just email them to Pat Appleton (appleton-p2@comcast.net. That way we can be prepared in advance if we need to provide sample files to work on. If possible we will try to tackle those questions in this meeting or, if more time is necessary, we will have a focus for the next meeting.

If, at any time after you register you find that you are unable to attend, please go online to edit your registration to let us know so that we do not order food for you. We lose about $8.00 for anyone who signs up but does not show up. In the past you were probably not aware of the difficulty this might cause and we just wanted you to be aware in the future. Adobe has been very gracious to provide us with the meal and we want to make wise use of their generosity.
