At the second meeting of the Boston Acrobat Users Group, Duff Johnson, CEO of Document Solutions, Inc, joined us as guest speaker on a warm New England summer evening. He shared his extensive knowledge on key things that every Acrobat 7.0 Professional user should do and keep in mind to ensure PDFs can be viewed reliably when distributed online, by email or by other means.PDF navigation, metadata, file-size, preferences, accessibility and other key considerations were demonstrated and discussed. The PDF Optimizer is one of the most important tools in Acrobat 7.0 Professional, and Duff spent some time going through each option.
Thank you Duff for your support and expertise. Many attendees enjoyed your presentation and have requested you return for a future presentation! As one attendee said: "Excellent informative presentation; very knowledgeable presenter. A useful presentation that will enhance my use of Acrobat."
