A good practical and useful article by Roy, but I'm a bit surprised at the tacit approval of 'refrying' a pdf to embed the Comments. I've never seen any explanation of why it is so strongly disapproved of by the 'establishment' as opposed to achieving a javascript flattening. Can anyone really 'see' any difference (as opposed to under-the-hood differences), and if flattening is so good, why is the implementation through a button left to third-party providers (eg. Windjack)?
