About Duff Johnson
Duff Johnson founded Document Solutions, Inc. in 1996. DSI was one of the very first firms to specialize in delivering PDF technology solutions for electronic publishing and business-process applications. DSI’s clients include agencies of the Federal Government, the United Nations and leading printers and publishers such as Allen Press, The Taunton Press and Hanley-Wood, and dozens of Fortune 500 companies.
One of the first participants in the “original” PDF user forums, Planet PDF and the PDF Zone, Duff’s many questions, answers, editorialisms, articles and occasional rants may be found throughout the pages of those sites. Duff’s articles have been featured in the Best of Planet PDF, Volumes 1 and 2. He is a regular feature at AIIM, Seybold and PDF conferences and has published numerous articles in industry magazines including Electronic Publishing and Journal Publishing.
